US Presidents Quiz

A free quiz on the presidents of the United States, in order. “Who was number…?” asks for the president at a given number, “Put in order” asks which of four presidents served first, and “Name them all” fills a numbered board as you type each name.

There have been 47 presidencies but 45 different people: Grover Cleveland (22nd and 24th) and Donald Trump (45th and 47th) each served two non-consecutive terms.

How to use it in class

  1. Who was number…? Choose the president at a given number. The wrong choices served close in time.
  2. Put in order. Pick which of four presidents served first.
  3. Name them all. Type each president – the board fills in by number. Shared surnames need a first name, like “John Adams”.
  4. Give up and review. Tap “Give up” to see every name you missed in red.
