Classroom Visual Schedule
A free visual schedule for the board that shows what’s happening now and what comes next, with large picture icons students can read at a glance.
Visual schedules are widely used to help students know what to expect, especially younger children and students who benefit from predictable routines. It works from preschool through the upper grades, and you can build a new day in a minute.
How to use it in class
- Build your day. Pick a picture, type the activity, and add a start time if you like. Timed activities sort themselves into order.
- Show it on the board. The big “Now” card shows the current activity, and “Next” shows what’s coming.
- Move along. Tap “Next →” when an activity ends, or press the right arrow key. Finished activities fade out in the list.
- Let the clock do it. Turn on “Follow the clock” and the schedule moves to the right activity by itself, based on the start times.
- Adjust anytime. Use the arrows to reorder, ▶ to jump to an activity, or ✕ to remove one. Your schedule is saved on this device.
