Math Sprint – Math Facts Practice

A free, fast math facts game. Pick addition, subtraction, multiplication, division or a mix, choose a level, and answer as many facts as you can in one or two minutes – or race through 20 questions.

It’s built for elementary students practicing fact fluency, and works on a smartboard, tablet or computer with a big on-screen number pad. At the end, any facts students missed are listed so they know exactly what to practice.

How to use it in class

  1. Choose the operation. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division or Mixed.
  2. Pick a level. Addition and subtraction go within 10, 20 or 100. Multiplication and division use the tables up to 5, 10 or 12.
  3. Choose the length. A 1-minute or 2-minute sprint, or 20 questions against the clock.
  4. Answer fast. Tap the number pad or type on a keyboard. Answers check themselves as soon as they’re long enough; a wrong answer clears for another try, and Pass skips.
  5. Review. The results show how many were correct, the accuracy, the best streak and the facts to practice.
